These terms apply to direct booking requests submitted to Riad Dar Meziana.
Booking requests and confirmation
Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed reservation. A stay becomes confirmed only after the riad sends written confirmation and any required payment instructions.
Rates and inclusions
- Rates are normally quoted per room and per night in euros unless stated otherwise.
- Breakfast is included in every confirmed room rate.
- Any tourist tax, optional service or transfer not shown as included will be confirmed before payment.
Guests and room capacity
The number of adults and children must be accurate and may not exceed the capacity shown for the selected room. Requests involving children or additional beds require prior confirmation.
Payment
The confirmation message states the accepted payment method, amount and deadline. Never send payment to details that were not communicated through the riad’s official contact channels.
Cancellation and changes
The cancellation, modification and no-show conditions applicable to your stay are stated in the written confirmation and may vary by rate, dates or length of stay. Contact the riad as soon as possible if plans change. A request is not cancelled until the riad confirms cancellation in writing.
Arrival and identification
Arrival time should be communicated in advance. Guests must provide the identification and registration information required by Moroccan law. Check-in and check-out arrangements are confirmed directly by the riad.
Optional services
Transfers, tours, meals and other experiences are subject to availability and separate confirmation. Their prices and conditions may change before confirmation.
Guest responsibility
Guests are expected to respect the property, staff and other guests. The person making the reservation is responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied and for damage caused deliberately or through serious negligence.
Events beyond reasonable control
The riad is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control. When possible, the team will offer practical assistance or an alternative arrangement.
